Document we need from you

Must include the following items:

• Dealership name

• Dealership reps signature

• Buyer name

• Purchase date

• Purchase price with itemized breakdown of all fees

• Vehicle VIN

• Sales Tax (If paid)

• If there is a trade-in, the VIN of the traded-in vehicle must be listed

We can accept this document digitally. Make sure the dealer signed it. If you are in California, we can accept a retail installment contract.

Carbon copies scan badly, so if yours is one, check the scan is legible before you upload it. If it will not come out clearly, ask the dealership for a fresh copy.
